.Tooth and Gum Care: how to look after what you've got

Plaque and Tartar: brush your teeth at least twice a day and chew a sugar-free gum after eating during the day. An electric toothbrush can clean significantly better than an ordinary toothbrush. We can arrange to supply you with an electric toothbrush when you next visit us (although they are cheaper if you pick one up from Harvey Normans!).

Gums and Breath: Bad breath often comes from ill-kept gums. Regular flossing (each day if you can, but even once a week will make a difference) is the best way for you to look after your gums. Many of us find flossing a bit of a chore, but there are now many different options that can make the task easier. Come in and talk to us about what might be best for you.
